Saucony 100-Plus Passion Run on Sunday 24 May.

Woke up hell early, almost couldn't pull myself up but managed to in the end. Had to wait in my mum's car for damn long at JE because the first train wasn't in operation yet at 5.40am and I had to wait for Stacy until 6.05am for the train to leave BoonLay.

Met Veron at JE too and Shanice later on at Buona Vista. Too bad Junice was sick and couldn't come along.

Talked all the way to Bedok because the train was hell crowded and we couldn't sit and sleep. Talked about Stacy's life in particular lol.

Reached Bedok at around 7am and managed to sit a free shuttle bus to ECP. Though we were supposed to report at 6.30am, no one cared that we arrived late so we just joined in to cheer immediately.

I think it was a great experience cheering. I love the smile on the runners faces when they run past us with our cheers and some would even give us highfives which I kept raising my hands out to receive lol. We observed the trend that middleaged men are more friendly and would smile in appreciation but women are total snubs :/

Me, Shanice and Veron stationed at the finishing line to cheer. Then we started getting influenced by the neighbouring 5B group to call out specific runners number which was hell funny the way he did it I laughed till I squatted on the ground and cried. LOL.

Then there was this young guy whom I called (I only called guys because they are more friendly. Hate getting ignored by snobbish females ):) and he ran past without any reaction. I had this instinct to continue looking at him after he ran past and true enough, he looked down at his number tag and realised I was cheering for him specifically. So he turned his head around immediately while still running. Great thing I kept observing him and he raised his hand up to give me a hand signal of appreciation. Damn funny haha.

We also kept improvising our own motivational cheer such as "100metres more to free 100 Plus" and "Free 100-Plus at the finishing line. While stocks last!". Not only can it spur the runners but also promote for OUR company 100-Plus. LOL.

Oh and while cheering I heard someone call my name and ran past. Then I realised it was Guofeng. Didn't know he ran in the run. He was so nice to come talk to me after that and ask if we wanted 100-Plus then he help us get(:

After the whole thing, the 4 of us went to take photos and got a goodie bag and lunch. Since we couldn't possibly catch the last shuttle bus back, we sat at the stone table by the beach to eat and talk. Got to know some ridiculous rumour zzz. Then we found the beach very scenic and we decided to take more photos. Tried to do a jump shot but we couldn't catch the timing of the self timer and we tried for close to an hour. LOL! Photos are not with me though so can't see those ridiculous poses:/

I've got some photos too :D

*zoom to see writing on shirt*

4 of us(:

Again!

Dao~ Which obviously SOMEONE doesn't look the least bit.

My chio flower! This flowering tree was by the seaside and we took a photo while sitting on the tree too but it's not with me ): Must credit people before they complain: to Shanice who taught to take the flower only in 1/3 of the photo because of some ratio proportion thing she learnt in Photography and to Stacy who told me to position the flower at the top.

In the toilet in ECP.

Received a death threat so I can't post unglam photos of Olivia cheering._.

Got to run for X-country tomorrow so have to go West Coast. Yay to no school:D

All the best, 4097!

&still trying to find a happy ending
