aww... tdy's lyk th closing ceremony of th beijing olympics.

dat's rather saddening seeing it only occurs once in 4 yrs.

and tis has been a special olympics for singapore since th women table tennis team won th silver medal aft 48yrs.

ohhs and i forgot to announce dat li jiawei lost to zhang yining in th finals and to guoyue in th bronze medal playoff last fri. she's 4th but not bad le tho. she's still my idol. anyone noes whn they're returning to singapore? if yes, tell me cos i wna go airport receive thm de.

alrites was tinking dat in th nxt london olympics in 2012, i'll be 20 yrs old thn. many things would haf changed by thn. th ppl i noe now might not rmb me thn. 4 yrs is a long while. too long.

and th ppl in china would take a while to get over dat euphoria. th closing ceremony took 3yrs of planning. dat's long. and everything was just for tis day. and it was claimed dat tis was th best olympics ever. it's lyk a worldwide event, bring ppl frm over 200 countries tgt and now its over. it's hard swallowing dat fact.

th fireworks were amazing. it was spectacular. 40 world records are set and 120 olympic records. yea, it's true, tis olympics is good. at least it left th deepest impact on me. cos i didnt rly anyth abt athens olympics in 2004.

it's pretty saddening, i still recall whn i was in sec1, i went to china for an immersion programme. it was 2005 thn, 3 mre yrs to th olympics. thn, i doubt i knew olympics was to be held in beijing until i was dere and ppl sold olympics mascot merchandise. thn, i still though it was rather early for those, but now i noe, th 17 days of olympics is too short for wad was prepared yrs ago.

i feel overwhelmed by all these.

and olympics has created our modern heroes dat we'll continue to respect. and who reminded us nothing is impossible.
went to jp to eat dinner wif sylvia and jr just now. jr randomly wanted to take photos. hahs.

&still trying to find a happy ending
