exco 2nd interview.8:16 PM had a rather hard choice deciding th main comm. i tink th prob is bcos dere are too many candidates to choose frm but yt dere's no one to fit inside specific positions. haish and th snr excos totally had a hardhard tym eliminating another 3 frm th reselected list of 13 frm th 19 ALs. tough. okaes so we all changed our initial ideal positions drastically. okaes so at least it's settled. and i rlyrly hate letting dwn some of you. lyk how i tried making it a winwin position as much as possible bt yt it's lyk impossible. how i tried to fit you guys into comms you lyk but i cant satisfy everyone. and i oso haf to admit dat th stuffs you say during interview wun be how you rly feel. and i tried hard to pull some of you back due to different views of th other excos. so since all th snr excos have agreed on th new excos, you guys rly have to fulfill th promises you made to us and improve on everyth you tink you're lacking in. we believe in you guys dat's whyy you guys are in. for those who are out bcos of one reason or another, i hope you guys will still continue to prove yourself in band as you still have many mre yrs in band. and since you guys haf experienced work as an exco, you can oso try to change th views of other bandsmen who dno how hard th excos work and keep having th wrong impression dat excos are useless. jiayou my new excos! it's hard to gain th respect of th bandsmen, but dun let it deter you in your service to th band. all th best!
