the suspense is nearly killing me.12:09 AM okaes aft talking to mich bout some section stuffs, im clear on wad i want in life, BAND life i mean. and had some talk wif the sec2s just now. i just haf some things to say to them. in case i didnt bring up dat just now. sec2s le lehhs, its clearly not a tym for you all to cont slacking all you want. its an impt phase, a vital transition. and since this is the tym when you all nid to take on an impt role of bringing the snrs to your sec1s, you all must cont bucking up. tho' i do understand dat some of you do try hard, however you are still the ones understanding how much efforts you all are putting in. i cant judge on you, dats whyy i cant point out who are the ones at fault. i sense dat you all dun rly enjoy band. okaes i can divulge sth to you all. i used to detest coming to band too, lyk come just for the sake of it, lyk how i noe some of you feel now, but the only reason on whyy i still enjoyed (in a sense) is hugely bcos of my snrs and section mates, which is the sec4s and sec3s. and its bcos of them dat moulded me into wad i am today cos in a way or another, they inspired me. cos i believe strongly dat maintaining a healthy relationship wif the section is a very impt factor in enjoying band life. enjoying band starts frm enjoying the accompany of the section mates. so we, the snrs now, should oso inspire the sec1s, let them noe the warmth of our section and all. tis is the most direct way of loving band. just giving empty talk is nth, rubbish. you may say, "yea i noe i play not as good as the rest", however dun you want to buck up too? lyk wont you feel inferior to your sec1s? tho' its understandable to sae dat each batch dat steps dwn is superior to the consisting batches, however i believe dat one day we can oso reach their lvl of skill, just as i believe you all will one day reach our standard, and even exceed our expectations. so show me the correct attitude for band. by keeping a positive attitude, dere would confirm be some improvements. no matter in skills or in the relationship wif one another. and furthermore, since we, the sec3s now are lyk the snrs of the whole trpts le, you oso haf to at least show some form of respect towards us. we do respect you too, dats whyy if possible, i would try not to scold you nor raise my voice. but when im serious, i mean it. so just get tis straight. i dun mind you all to treat me as frens outside of band, however, in band, you all should at least gif me the respect i nid. as a snr. so you i mean it if i tell you all the practice, its not just plain talk. okaes so if any of you were to read tis, you can just pass tis mesg dwn to your section mates. i trust you all will change for the better. you all will be given more tasks and responsibility as tym goes on and as we progress. so you all must show me wad you all can do. be mature in your actions. enuf said. in case i start developing some form of depression. hahas. jiayou to me agn! i can do it, can i?
